1)  Normal phase : silica gel treated for binding groups as amino cyano, diol
2)  Reverse phase : Silica gel treated with paraffin oil, benzene.
5. Ion exchange : Cellulose phosphate, polyethyleneimine, cellulose.
6. Size exclusion : Sephadex G, 25, 50, 75, 100.
7. Miscelleneous : ɛ- polycaprolactam, acetylated polycaprolactam.
